Welcome to Damian Allsop Chocolates

Damian Allsop Chocolates specializes in creating flavour sensations unlike any other product on the market.

In our studio in Marlow, we have created a stunning collection of hand made chocolates and chocolate-based products to wow and tantalize your taste buds! Click on the Shop link to view the products available.

Damian has re-invented the chocolate by not using cream or butter in his interiors, instead he uses a liquid without flavour – water.

His unique water-based ganache is a gastronomic revolution that has removed the lactic flavour to create a purer, more intense flavour together with a lighter, fresher sensation.
