Served in the country's top Michelin Restaurants, Damian has re-invented the ganache, using water to unlock the true flavour of chocolate.

By removing the cream and butter used by all other chocolatiers and pastry chefs, we have created what we think are the best tasting chocolates on the market, giving a purer, lighter and fresh tasting chocolate that is unlike any other.

Trained in some of the best kitchens of the world, Damian and his team are now creating original delicious treats from his studio in Marlow.

From classic flavours to more avant-garde combinations to new textures and concepts, Damian's touch is unique.


SPRING/SUMMER 2010

There's lots going on in this season - we will be launching in two new exciting retail outlets in June/July:

UNION MARKET - in Fulham Broadway opens July 15th, where you will be able to choose your own selection from our counter there and

HOMA on Stoke Newington Church St opens end of June and is a Deli with a Difference... a gorgeous split-level all-day deli/restaurant with a big chocolate influence - inc. ice-creams, tarts, cookies, truffles, hotchoc and coldchoc drinks and so much more...

And more retail outlets to come after the summer.
