Compact Bars
We source a great chocolate, add textures and flavours, and create a huge taste journey and then compact it into a thin disc.
As you bite into the delicate bar the pure chocolate flavour is released. As it melts in your mouth you start to pick up another character from the essential oil. Then you find the crunch of freeze-dried fruit which gives little explosions of flavour!
Each bite and chew releases a different combination, each one unique, because they are made by hand.

Valrhona 70% Dark Chocolate with a fresh Ginger Crisp and Crispy Banana
Fresh ginger gives this Compact a lovely heat and is harmonised with the aromatic banana and of course the well balanced chocolate
Valrhona 38% Milk Chocolate with Tonka bean and Raspberry Crispy
Tonka bean is a spice from South America that tastes of bitter almond and honey and matches beautifully with the caramel of the chocolate and the contrasting sharpness of the raspberry pieces.
Valrhona White Chocolate with Cinnamon and Lemon (with popping candy)
Quite extraordinary, even for people who don't like white chocolate because the acidity of the lemon cuts so cleanly through the white chocolate and the warmth and complexity of the cinnamon add great character. When the crackle goes of in the back of the throat, there maybe a thought of Coca-Cola going through your mind, as cinnamon and lemon are the base flavours for this.
