Caramelised Pistachios with Yogurt Powder

We've sourced Iranian pistachios which we roast in-house . These are caramelised using unrefined sugar and Maldon sea-salt. Then layers of white chocolate are added before a final coat of acidic yoghurt powder.

A funky snack which starts with the acidity of the yogurt, then the smooth white chocolate melts before finally releasing the caramelized pistachio in the centre, bringing a rush of nuttiness, balanced with a point of sea-salt, it's unique!

Spicy Almonds

Whole Roasted almonds, caramelized with unrefined sugar with salt then enrobed in a thin layer of 70% dark chocolate and dusted with cacao and a blend of spices - cinnamon, chilli, nutmeg, cumin and cayenne.

Makes a great aperitif, a snack during the day or served with the coffee after dinner.(They go really well with beer or champagne - try it!)

Peanut bites

These yummy nibbles are made from our own roasted peanut puree with grains of sea salt, mixed with Valrhona milk chocolate.(In Italy they make them with hazelnuts and call them 'Bacchi', which means kisses.)

Then they are coated in our house dark chocolate and cacao powder to balance the sweetness. Very more-ish!
