Fruit-LIO-choc

It's all in the name! We take whole fruit that has undergone a modern process of drying without heat called Liofilisation (try saying that with a chocolate in your mouth!!)

What this achieves is an extraordinarily intense flavour of the dried fruit and a delightfully light, crispy texture.

We take another complimenting flavour and make a crsip from it, crushing it up and folding it into melted chocolate. We then coat the LIO Ðfruit with this chocolate mix.

What you get when you bite into it is an incredible explosion of acidic fruit flavour, followed by the warmth of the chocolate and then the third flavour comes in to create a sublime marriage of characters. Around here we call it 'La Bomba'!!!
