Simply irresistible! The nuts are caramelised, then coated in layers of either chocolate or 'turron' paste.
Perfect for bar snacks, restaurant petit fours, banquets and gift bags.
Selection:
- Caramelized hazelnuts rolled in turron and chocolate.
- Caramelised almonds rolled in chocolate.
- Caramelised pistachios rolled in white chocolate and acidic yoghurt powder.
Savoury:
- Roasted almonds, low-sweetened caramel, rolled in chocolate aromatised with spices (curry, pepper, nutmeg).
