The Damian Allsop School of Chocolate is an interactive demonstration room on site within our chocolate production workshop. Launched in Autumn 2011, it runs a variety of courses for all those wanting to learn from a true professional pastry chef and Chocolatier.
Courses can be designed to suit an individuals or a companies' needs and specifications.
- How to taste chocolate and understand quality - Food and wine pairings.
- How to work with chocolate - from absolute beginners to experienced professionals.
- Modern desserts - Ice-creams - design and recipe formulation - Troubleshooting.
Damian can also train your staff or give presentations to your clients at your workplace.
Courses can be 'made to measure'
